Say it With Stamps Random Background Builder Stencil Card & Video

Hello and welcome!  I have a fun card and video for you today featuring a fun 6" by 9" stencil from Photoplay Paper Say it With Stamps called "Background Builder."  Here's a look at the stencil:

Isn't that a fun stencil?  So today I use it with a combination of some foiling and inking for a party look to my bright and happy birthday card.
