For my card I used dies from The Stamp Market, Mama Elephant and patterned paper from my stash.

Here's a close up look at the leaf die that I paper pieced with two different patterned papers, one is a polka dot print and the other a woodgrain print.

The sentiment is also from The Stamp Market.
