Rainbow Pet Sympathy Card

Hello and welcome!

Unfortunately I had to make another pet sympathy card, the loss of a pet is just the worst!

Thankfully I have this great pet sympathy set from Kraftin Kimmies called "Furry Angels" and a stencil from them called "Krafty Scenery" stencil.  

I was so lucky to recently win a challenge on the Kraftin Kimmie's FB page
and here's a look at my prize:

I stamped the sweet angel dog on vellum and heat embossed him, then fussy cut it out leaving a piece of vellum still attached under his feet.  This way I could attach it to the black sentiment strip.

The sentiment is from the same set, heat embossed in white.

For the background I used a rainbow of colors of inks from Simon Says Stamp and a blender brush with the stencil to make lots of clouds.  The sun was also made with the same stencil - it has several different sizes.  I used Distress Oxide Fossilized Amber for the sun.

The hearts were made with Simon Says Stamp "Heart Breeze" die.
