I have another birthday card I made using two digital stamp sets from Polka Dot Orchard, Happy Star and Good Morning Spring. I used lots of Wink of Stella and Glossy Accents for shine!
The picture below shows the frosting dripping down the cupcake - love that look!
And an even closer look at the yummy frosting!
I printed the cupcake on white card stock and colored it with a watercolor brush and Zig watercolor markers, then added some depth with Prismacolor pencils. The star on the straw also has glossy accents and the 3 smaller stars were made with Rinea foil.
For the sentiment, yes it is a digital stamp but I wanted to reverse the colors and have the words in white and the background in black. This is really easy to do and I explain how to do this in another post HERE.
I cut Tutti Designs rectangle dies and matted them on black and then put the card together with glue and foam tape.
