Some of the slimline panels were made with dies from Pinkfresh Studio and some were trimmed down a little from the original size of the dies. I wanted to be able to see the dotted pattern better so I made the top two panels smaller with my paper cutter. The bottom two slimline dies were fine, the dotted and the solid black biggest one so I left them alone.
The dotted patterned paper is a digital paper from Graciellie Design called Summer Sunflowers.
It's on sale for only $3.50 during the 50% off birthday sale!!!
I printed the image from Graciellie Design "More Than You Know" stamp set (only $4 during the sale!) and colored it with a water brush and Zig watercolor brushes. I cut the panel down a little and matted it on a black panel, then added the sentiment to the top white panel and put a little foam tape on the ends of it for adhering it to the bottom panels later.
The sentiment is from Graciellie Design "It's Cake Time" stamp set (only $4 during the sale!)
I just love the font in this set!

Have you ever wanted to use a digital sentiment but not black print on white card stock?
I love the look of stamping with Versamark ink on black card stock and heat embossing in white.
So here is how you can get that look with digital stamp sentiments:
Here's how to print a digital sentiment with white letters and black background:
In my folder that I keep my digital stamps in, I duplicated the sentiment I wanted to work with. Next open it up in Preview and click on Tools, then Adjust Color. Once that dialog box opens move the slider bars below the image square to complete opposite sides. Slide the white all the way over to black and the black all the way over to white. You will see the image change to gray background with white letters. Then save the image.
In a Pages document on my MacBook add a big black box to your document before you import the inverted colored stamp. Then drag the altered stamp image into your document and after it is there, drag it over the black box so you could see the white font. (Otherwise you can't see the words on the white background.) Then all you have to do is play with the sizes of the sentiment and the black box/rectangle to get them just the size you need.
Here's one more look at my card:
To finish my card I added Wink of Stella to the flowers and a few gems.
I hope you enjoyed my card for today. I have really enjoyed learning to work with digital stamps.
I love how versatile they are and that you get them immediately to download after purchase and they don't need any storage room in your craft area!
