Vellum Birthday Wishes with Polka Dot Orchard

Hello and welcome!

I have a vellum birthday card I made using two digital stamp sets from Polka Dot Orchard, Happy Star and Good Morning Spring.  Here's a close look at the vellum with gold paint dots and lots of Wink of Stella for shine!

Here's how I made my card. 

1)  Printed image and sentiment on vellum

2)  Colored the back of the image with alcohol markers

3)  Cut out the vellum sentiment and adhered it to the larger vellum piece.

(I used vellum adhesive, linked below.)

4.  Dry embossed a white panel with dotted swiss embossing folder

5.  Blending some orange distress ink over the embossed dots

6)  Added the vellum panel to embossed panel with vellum adhesive

7)  Matted the image panel with black card stock

8)  Popped it up on foam tape and adhered it all to a white card base

9)  Added a few black Nuvo drops

10)  Added lots of Wink of Stella on the front of image for shine
11)  Used gold paint pen to add dots to flower centers
