Happy Birthday to You - Sentment Only Bday Card

Hello and welcome!

I have a simple CAS card today made with just a sentiment and no images.

I watercolored some watercolor paper, then cut out an oval from it and matted it on a larger black oval die cut.  I added the "Happy" from Winnie & Walter die-cut to the watercolor paper, then stamped "birthday to you..." with Lawn Fawn's "Critter Concert" stamp set.

I added the ovals to a white card base hanging off the left edge a little and cut the excess off.  Then I added a thin black strip of card stock on the left side to help balance it.

Snow Family Think Happy Thoughts

Hello and welcome!

I have a card today for you with a happy snow people family waving to you and thinking happy thoughts!  The stamps used are from MFT and the sentiment is from CAS-ual Fridays.  I used silver glitter paper for the snowflake die cuts and strips of that paper with strips of black card stock too.

Addicted to CAS Challenge #156 - Ombre Just For You

Hello and welcome!

I have my DT card for the new challenge #156 over at Addicted to CAS.

Our theme, chosen by our amazing host Barb, for this challenge is:

I used the Simon Says Stamp Heart Mandala stencil with Picked Raspberry Distress Ink to make my ombre coming in from the top left corner.  The sentiment is from Altenew's Penned Rose and heat embossed on black card stock then popped up on foam tape.  I finished it with black Nuvo drops.

Just Us Girls Wild Card Challenge #481 - Embossing Folders

Hello and welcome!  It's Wild-Card week over at Just Us Girls Challenge Blog and Sue is our host!

She has chosen embossing folders!

For my card I used Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide ink on one side on the folder and ran it through my Big Shot, then cut out a rectangle for my focal point.  I used the rest for a 2nd card you can see below.

I cut the Simon Says "you" die out of the rectangle and added it to a black Rinea Foil rectangle and attached it to the card base at an angle.  I added the sentiment from the SSS You set to make a bday card for my stash.  Quick and easy!  Here's a closer look:

Addicted to Stamps & More Challenge #334 - CAS

Hello and welcome!

I'm here today with my DT card for the new Addicted to Stamps & More Challenge #334 - CAS!

I used some tape to mask off the center strip and inked the edges with light blue Distress Ink, then repositioned the tape so I could stamp the flowers from Joy Clair's Reckless Love stamp set.  I added some Zig Clean color markers to the edges of the flowers then stamped the sentiment from Joy Clair's Spring Stroll stamp set.  Here's a closer view:

Keep Swimming CAS Encouragement Card

Hello and welcome!

I made this encouragement card with MFT Ocean Fun stamps, Distress Inks, water, Versafine Clair Nocturne ink, and Bible highlighting tape in 3 different colors.  I cut the rectangle shape from some masking paper in order to ink the background.
