Falling Leaves MSC

I'm so happy to be hosting the "Falling Leaves' Challenge with Joyce over at the Mod Squad Challenge this week.  Here are my two cards that I made for the Falling Leaves theme!

My first card was made with patterned paper from my stash with leaves on it and the Hero Arts Prayers stamp and cut set, a couple of circle dies from my stash and the Gina Marie Designs Nesting Wonky Rectangle dies.  I finished it off with some Kat Scrappiness Clear Droplets Sampler Pack.

Here's my 2nd card that I made using a leaf embossing folder on foil.  I added black paint after embossing it and then wiped the paint off so it would stay in the creases.  I really like the look of that!
I cut the foil with one of the Gina Marie Designs Nesting Wonky Rectangle dies along with a larger wonky die on the patterned paper.  The sentiment is from Newton's Nook Happy Thoughts stamp set.  I adhered it all together and then added a few sequins from Kat's Scrappiness Silver City Sequin Mix sequins filled with tiny dots of Ranger Black Enamel Dots.

I hope you will find the time to join the challenge over at Mod Squad Challenge Blog - we'd love to have you join us!

I am also entering this card in the Simon Says Monday Powder Challenge.  And I'm entering both cards in the Crafting By Designs Favorite Season Challenge.

Another Fall Coffee Lover's Card!

I made another card for the 2016 Coffee Lover's Blog Hop!  Today I used a free digital image from Create with TLC  - Thank you so much for the free digi!!!

I printed it with my toner printer and then foiled it in gold!  I die cut it and added it to a larger brown circle that I faux stitched with a white gel pen, then mounted that on a piece of corrugated card stock. For the brown panel, I clear heat embossed some coffee beans from a Fiskars set I have, then put everything together on a white card base.  Thanks so much for stopping by!

Perfect Blend Fall Coffee Lover's Hop

Hi, I have another card for the Fall Coffee Lover's Blog Hop!

This one was made with coffee stamps from a Fiskars set, stamped and heat embossed on kraft card stock, then colored with Spectrum Noir markers, inked with Distress Ink and placed with corrugated card stock onto the Lawn Fawn Perfectly Fall Plaid panel that was cut with a Wplus9 stitched scalloped rectangle die.  Brown and kraft card stock are from GKD and I added both Wink of Stella and white gel pen for highlights.  This is my first card on my blog that I have put my new name banner on the bottom.  My daughter, using her marketing skills from her job,  was home for a visit this weekend and she made this banner for me to put on my cards to save time.
What a sweetie!!! Thank you so much!!!

Butterfly Bye to Summer Thanks

I used an old Sizzix set for the butterflies on this card.  The full butterfly on the front was die cut with the matching die and the Sizzix Dimensional Cutting Pad so the wings could pop up and the center stay put.  I used Lawn Fawn's Perfectly Plaid (spring/summer pad) and Hero Arts AF101 black dye ink.  The sentiment is from Hero Arts Spring Hello by Lia CL926 set.

Fall Coffee Lover's Card #2

Here's my 2nd card for the 2016 Fall Coffee Lovers Bloghop!

I used a coffee die from The Ton and a Paper Smooches heart die on black fun foam and copper foil paper from a paper pack I bought at the Dollar Spot at Target.  All of the paper for this card except the card stock is from that pack.  The card stock is Gina K Designs.  I embossed the top panel with a Darice leaves embossing folder, the assembled the card.  I hope you can see all the pretty shine - I can't believe I got this paper pack for $3 at Target...I need to go back and see if they have any left and buy MORE!  Thanks for stopping by!

Fall Coffee Lover's Blog Hop!

I'm hopping along today with the a2zscrapbooking DT's  participation in the
Fall Coffee Lover's Bloghop!      Here's my first card for the hop!

If you click on any of the supplies below, it will take you to the a2z store where you can use the code Angie15 to get 15% off your purchase of $25 or more (excluding shipping).

I used the "You" part of the Thank You die from Hero Arts (cut from inked card stock and fun foam), along with stamps from the Hero Arts Caffeine Fix CK114 Coffee and Latte Digital Kit Instant Download (only available at the a2zscrapbooking store!)

I cut off the "Low Battery" part of the "Need Caffeine sentiment and stacked a few strips of corrugated paper above it.  I also used that corrugated paper as strips at the top and bottom of the card and on the coffee cup itself.  I colored the cup to match the Distress Inks I used to stamp the leaves from my stash (GKD leaves).  I added a few Hero Arts Diamond Gems and some Wink of Stella on the coffee at the top of the cup.  Lastly I added some twine from my stash.   I hope you can participate in the hop, there are so many prizes!

A2Z is offering a prize also-the details are right here:    a2zscrapbooking blog!

PLUS:  A2Zscrapbooking is doing a rafflecopter giveaway on the a2z blog for another $25 gift code to the store.
