"Give Thanks" with Acorn Background & Autumn Word Trio

Hello and welcome!

I have a fun fall card for you today featuring new stamps, dies and stencils from Photoplay Paper "Say it with Stamps!"  Here's a closer look at my card:

To make my card I first started with a piece of card stock 4.25" by 5.5" and heat embossed in clear the "Acorns Background Stamp."  Next I used the coordinating stencils and green and brown tones of ink to add color to the acorns and leaves.  Once I was done I took a dry cloth and wiped off any excess ink on the white embossed parts for a real clean look.  

After it dried, I cut it out with the 2nd largest "A2 Rounded Rectangle" dies which are also in the new release.  I used the two largest dies from the set, taped together to create a dark brown frame for my background.  Next I used one of the smaller rounded rectangle dies to cut a tag from white card stock, then inked the edges while the die was still on, and then punch a tiny hole in the left side for my twine bow.

Once the bow was attached, I die cut the word die from "Autumn Word Trio" die set twice from brown and once from white and stacked them for dimension.  Lastly I added a few autumn colored gems from my stash.  I hope you like my card for today!
