Hello and welcome!

Today is a special blog hop put together by Katia from Studio Katia to support Ukraine and the people of Ukraine as they have been under unprovoked attack by Russia. Many amazing companies from "The Stamping Village", plus additional companies and artists are bringing encouragement and donations for support.

The Dare2B Artzy team is participating along with many companies in this blog post where you can see all the beautiful projects from our participating D2BA design team members.

Welcome to our "Support Ukraine Blog Hop". Hop along with all of these amazing companies that are part of The Stamping Village and additional contributing companies and artists that are sharing encouragement for Ukraine. A portion of all proceeds from the Dare 2B Artzy sales now through Sunday April 3rd, 2022 will benefit the Ukraine relief efforts. We are sending hugs and prayers to all the families that have been touched by this war.

The sunflower is the flower of Ukraine and is the symbol of hope. We used blue and yellow; the colors of the Ukraine flag.

For my card I used the D2BA "Find Your Purpose" stamp set (linked below) along with a sentiment from the D2BA "Strawberry Vine" stamp set. I have linked all my supplies below if you are interested in them.

Here's a closer look at my card.

To make my card I stamped, heat embossed and colored the sunflower images with alcohol markers, colored pencils, white gel pen and black marker. Next I cut each flower in half to use around the edges of the card. Here's another look:

I inked clouds on the front of an A2 card base with Distress Oxide Prize Ribbon using a domed ink blending tool along with the D2BA "Land and Cloud Border Dies." Lastly I popped up all the 1/2 sunflowers onto the outside top, left and bottom edge and added 3 tiny blue hearts.
