Cimbacreativefun: Stamptember 2021 Collaboration with Memory Box

Hello and welcome! It's here - this year's Simon Says Stamp's STAMPtember® collaboration with Memory Box!!!

The Memory Box design team members have some inspiration for you using this amazing collaboration set called: "True Love" stamp/die set. You can also buy just the stamp set without dies HERE.

It's a beautiful floral set with coordinating dies and has such sweet sentiments.

Here's a closer look at my first card:

For this card I stamped the images in clear ink and heat embossed them in gold embossing powder. Next, I colored them with Prismacolor pencils, trimmed the panel down 1/8th" and added it to a 3" by 6" mini slimline card base.

Next I added some white gel pen dots to the flower centers and randomly around the card.

While my stamps were still in my stamping platform, I stamped another card with exactly the same layout on white card with black ink and then heat embossed it in clear. I colored it with pastel alcohol markers first, then added colored pencils on top. Here's a look at my second card:

After it was colored, I trimmed it down by 1/4 inch and then inked the edges with Tumbled Glass Distress Ink.

Next I added black Nuvo drops to the flower center and when it dried, I added white Nuvo drops on top of that. I added sparkle pen to the flowers and leaves, and you can see the sparkle below:

And for the final touch I added clear droplets randomly on the card front:

I really love this stamp set, especially the sentiments because they are just so sweet!
