Purrfect Pals Craft Die from Creative Expressions

Hello and welcome!

I have a fun card for you today made with a new die from Creative Expressions Paper Cuts line.

It's called "Purrfect Pals" and it also has a mini set that goes along with it.

The large die cuts this fun pop up for the center of your card, complete with all the score lines you need!

The mini set has several tiny mice and a fish skeleton that coordinate perfectly with it, or should I say "purrfectly with it!"  They are from the Mini Purrfect Pals coordination die set.

Here's how I made my card:

1)  Cut the large pop up die out of white card stock

2)  On a top folding A2 card, cut a piece of the "Dandelion Dreams" patterned paper for the inside top and adhere it there

3)  Add the folded pop up piece on the inside top part of the card, but not the bottom yet

4)  Take a matching piece of patterned paper and mark with a pencil where to cut it so you can have the kitty sitting on top of it, with the paper on the side of the cuts adhered behind the kitty.  This way is looks like one solid bottom piece.

5)  Cut another large die from the yellowest part of another piece of the patterned paper and trim out the kitty to add some color, stripes and shading.

6)  Color the sweet kitty with markers and then adhere small piece of black card stock behind the ears, neck and legs section.

7)  Once you finish coloring the kitty, adhere him to the main pop up kitty.

8)  Cut some of the mini dies, mice and fish bones.  Add black noses with marker to mice and stack a white and black bones on top of each other for dimension.

9)  Adhere mice to bottom of kitty and bones to inside front of the card.

10)  Lastly add Cosmic Shimmer "Frosted Aqua"3D Accents around the fish bones.
