Just A Note Butterflies with Lustre Polish

Hello and welcome!

I have a fun "Just a Note" card today for you made with dies and glitter paper from Memory Box along with some fun "Lustre Pastes" from Creative Expressions.

Here's a closer look at the beautiful sheen you can achieve with the Lustre Pastes:

I took a piece of white card stock and added Lustre Pastes with the built in applicators in Violet Vibe, Blue Allure, Tantalising Teal, and Apple Fizz.  I also used a Matt Chalk Polish in  teal to get the lightest color toward the bottom.  All of these items are from Creative Expressions.

It's very quick drying so I then cut a strip of it to put behind a panel that had been cut with the Memory Box Bubble Border.  I cut that panel with a dotted rectangle die from Tutti Designs and then matted it on two different colors of glitter card stock from Memory Box.  I used the same light teal glitter paper to cut the back parts of both the Sylvan and Glade butterflies (also from Memory Box) and cut the intricate part of the butterfly from the panel that had been inked with the polishes.

After layering the butterflies together only in the middle, I added a gem in the center of each.  I die cut the Memory Box "Just a Note Posh Script" die from both white and polished card stock and stacked them for dimension.  Here's a couple more views:

On this view you can really see the shine from both the Lustre Polishes and the glitter paper!

It's really shines in real life, and hard to capture in the photo!
