I have another slimline card for you today! I need to make more slimline cards because I've been making slimline envelopes and now it's time to make cards to fill them!
I used the colors from the latest MFT color challenge for my card along with the retired MFT stamp set called "Snuggle Bunnies." It's one of my favorite sets of bunnies, ever!
The scalloped hexagon dies are from Pink Pink Posh and the dotted rectangle die for the sentiment is from Tutti Designs. The dotted paper is from a pack called "Hooray" in my stash.
I cut 2 of the larger hexagons and one medium size one then inked the center part with Distress Oxide inks and I-Crafter finger blender brushes. The images were heat embossed and colored with a combination of Zig Clean Color watercolor markers and Spectrum Noir pastel markers.
The images were cut with my Scan n Cut and then popped up on foam tape.
The tiny hearts are from Simon Says Stamp "Heart Breeze" die. The darker pink ones were cut out of white and colored with the same color Zig markers to match the bunnies shirts and the pink ones were cut from pink card stock. The sentiment was heat embossed in white on black card stock, then cut with a rectangle die.

ReplyDeleteIsn't that a little backwards, Angie? What are you making the envelopes out of? My scoreboard says 10 3/4 x 10 3/4 paper but I gave away all my 12 x 12. :( I usually make my slimline cards 7 1/4 by 3 1/2. I already have envelopes for that size (Monarch). You already know how I feel about your absolutely darling card.
