Slimline Card with Polka Dot Orchard "Gnome Talkie Before Coffee"


Hello and welcome!

I have a funny card for you today using the "Gnome Talkie Before Coffee" digital stamp set from Polka Dot Orchard. It's on sale there now for only $3.00! 

 Here's a look at this adorable set:

For my card I used some slimline dies from Pinkfresh Studio, two different coffee stencils and a word die I got at Stamplorations web store, blender brush with brown shades of ink, kraft, brown and white card stock and Glossy Accents with Wink of Stella for the coffee in the cup

Here's a closer look:


First I cut out the slimline panels, then the word die 4 times and stacked them.  I love the way the die curved and it was the perfect place for the silly gnome to lie down.

I inked the beans first, and then the coffee splotches, then after coloring the image I fussy cut it out.  I added some dotty details and then popped it up on foam tape so he could lie down on the word die.

I hope you like my card and it makes you smile!  As soon as I saw that cute gnome, I fell in love with him and the whole "Gnome Coffee Before Talkie" set from Polka Dot Orchard.
