Kat Scrappiness Charity Blog Hop with Joy Clair Scriptures of Love & Vintage Ornaments

Hello and welcome to a special event from Kat Scrappiness - It's a Charity Blog Hop benefitting the Coffee Oasis and their Homeless Outreach Youth Program.  Joy Clair is hopping along to support this worthy cause, so be sure to check out all the details at the Joy Clair blog and see the inspiration from the design team!

Kat Scrappiness has pledged to donate 15% of all sales proceeds to Coffee Oasis and our other sponsors have all donated prizes to give away to all of you blog and youtube hoppers! So please visit them and show some support. You can also donate directly to Coffee Oasis here: http://kskat.com/donate. Even if you can only donate $1 or $5, it doesn't matter. Every little bit will help a kid in need.

Click HERE to read the main blog post from Kat Scrappiness and you can find out how to participate in the blog hop and the many prizes available for this special hop.  It's such a worthy cause and really helps homeless youth - read all about it HERE!
And you can donate directly by clicking HERE!

Here's a closer look at my card:

I used the Joy Clair Vintage Ornaments stamp set evergreen stamp over a watercolored panel.  I watercolored it with Distress Inks and Perfect Pearls.  The sentiment is from Joy Clair Scriptures of Love.  It's from the Joy Clair Color by Faith series for Bible journaling, but it also works great for cards!

I also used an inverted scalloped circle die, forest green ink from Hero Arts, Versafine Clair in and Nuvo Autumn Red drops for berries.  I love this verse and thought it fit the hop so well.
The Homeless Outreach Program definitely follows this scripture!

"Let all you do, be done in love" I Cor. 16:14
(The sentiment is from Joy Clair Scriptures of Love.)

Such a worthy cause - I hope you can participate and hop along!

Thanks so much Kat for putting this all together!

Here's a look at all the amazing sponsors!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

  9. Your card is beautiful and that is one of my favorite scriptures. I was not familiar with Joy Clair prior to this hop/your post, I am thrilled to find them! This hop is definitely a win-win event - supporting a great charity and finding new companies and new makers to follow :)
