Hello and welcome!
I wanted to make a fun entry for the MFT Card Superstar Design Challenge and this is what I came up with. It's a birthday card for one of my grandkids.
I used the MFT Lip Balm die and plastic holder to hold 46 dimes, a real treasure!
I watercolored the background with Distress Inks first, then stamped, heat embossed and cut the images and colored them with Zigs. I added them to the card along with the dime pocket, some with foam tape and others directly onto the card. The fish are from Cat-titude and Mermazing sets, the rest are from Party like a Pirate and the birthday sentiment is from Up in the Air set.
Here's another view of my card laying down on the table:

ReplyDeleteThat card is so cool and if he is like our kids were he will be putting them into the piggy bank for later use. I think our kids got fun out of seeing if they could get theirs completely filled.
