Hello and welcome!
I had a little time to play this morning in the cave and came up with this cute little skating bear card.
I used the closest colors I had to the CAS Colours and Sketches Challenge.
I adhered a blue panel to a piece of card stock that is sort of tan (to simulate the River Rock color in the challenge.)
I took one of the Essentials by Ellen stitching lines that looks like snow and ran it through by Big Shot twice then cut the strip out, adhered it to the top panel of the card and added thin strips of silver glitter paper to outsides and center. I stamped the bear from MFT's "Polar Bear Pals" and colored him with Zigs, water and a water brush, then added lots of Spectrum Noir Sparkle pen to him. I colored his skate blades with a glitter pen. Then I used my Scan n Cut to cut him out and pop him up on foam tape at an angle to look like he's skating down the silver strip.
The sentiment is from Newton Nook's "Scootin' By" stamp set, stamped at the same angle as the strips. Lastly I added 3 snowflake sequins from my stash.
I think he's just so cute - I really like this stamp set so much!
Here's another view up close where you can sort of see how shiny he is!
