Hello and welcome! I made this card today for my granddaughter who is turning 6th this month! I took washi tape and used it to cut balloons and the "6" as well as the borders. I also die cut some out of blues and whites and stacked them on top of each other slightly offset. I embossed the top part of the card with a Cuttlebug embossing folder, then put it all together. The balloon die is "Party Balloons" from Seredipity Stamps and the number is from a lot of used dies I bought at a garage sale.
