I made this card for someone facing some tough times. I used Concord & 9th "Being Classy" stamp and die set for the sentiment. I used my Scan n Cut to cut the black outline of the sentiment to help it stand out more against the background.
All those black splatters are a stamp from Concord & 9th "Hello Lovely". The flowers are Altenew's Persian Motifs stamp set stamped on a panel that I watercolored with Distress Inks. I cut the top panel down a little and added it to a Gina K Designs heavyweight card base that had a little bit of striped washi tape at the top and bottom.

Here are a couple of close up shots so you can see some of the shine. It's hard to capture all the shine from the Gelly Roll glitter pen, but when you see it at the right angle - it's so glittery!
