Gift card Holder-Get Well Soon

Made this gift card holder for someone who's had surgery and can't cook right now.  Filled it with a restaurant gift card.  I used a Sizzix pocket die by Jillibean Soup that my daughter gave me for Christmas on a piece of cream cardstock, and I heat embossed gold sentiment and dots. Sentiment is from Hero Arts, Dots are from Simon Says, added Distress Ink in Tattered Rose with an ink dauber.  Tiny Twine Bow die from Waffle Flower was cut from paper I also heat embossed with gold fine detail embossing powder.  Entering this in Cupcake Inspirations #344 Challenge to use cream, blush and gold.  And in the Freshly Made Sketches Challenge #221 to make the sentiment the star.  See sketch below, and in Simon Says Anything Goes Challenge
