Guest Designer at Less Is More Challenge #384 - Metallics

Hello and welcome!

I'm so honored to have been invited to guest design for the Less is More Challenge #384!

Here's the challenge graphic for this theme - which is Metallics!

For my card I decided to use one of my favorite metallics - Copper Laminate.  I bought a large roll of it at Walmart 2 summers ago and I still have lots left!  I peel it off the roll and add it to card stock and then do all kinds of things to it.  You can emboss, die-cut, color it, stamp it - the possibilities are endless!

I used it to die cut 2 Spellbinders Deckled rectangles to make a frame, one stitched heart from a CC Designs Autumn die set, and two Reverse Confetti Wheat cuts.  I outlined the RC cuts with black card stock and I heat embossed the sentiment from MFT's "Deepest Sympathy" stamp set.

I will be sending this to someone who needs a little lift!

Thanks again to LIM for inviting me to guest with them.  Please stop by the LIM blog and leave some love for the very kind and super talented LIM Design Team!

Thanks for stopping by!

I will enter this in:

  1. Beautiful and stylish, Angie! The copper deckled frame and wheat diecuts look fabulous. Copper is my least used metallic because I could never get it to look nice. You did a stellar job. Thank you for being our guest designer at Less is More. x
