Sending Lots of Love Slimline

Hello and welcome!

I finally got my first video for 2020 completed!

I made a video of the making of this card using stamps from Altenew and slimline dies from Honey Bee Stamps and Pinkfresh Studio.  I've linked my supplies below if you are interested.

The images were colored with two sets of Altenew markers, linked below.

The Honey Bee Stamps blanket die was cut from black and the bottom panel is a silver sparkle paper.

To finish the card I added Nuvo Jewel drops to the flower centers and a few gems on the front.

Hello Friend, Grateful for You Rainbow Slimline

I have a fun slimline card I made for a friend using stamps and dies from Pinkfresh Studio.

First I inked a slimline panel (that ended up being too small) with inks from Simon Says Stamp before die cutting it with PFS "Fancy Diagonal Stripes" die.  The panel was too small so I ended up making a huge mess because it came out all unattached!  So I pieced it together and paper pieced the rainbow strips into a good white one that I cut from the right size panel!

So when I was paper piecing it there was space on the edges with no color, so once all the strips were glued in, I trimmed the sides off the paper pieced panel.  Next I matted it on a black panel.

The regular size slimline I made 8.5" by 3.5" didn't allow for a white border, so I made a card base that was 8.75" by 3.75", bigger than I had planned!  I stamped and die cut the "Delicate Wreath" die, and then cut an additional center piece from black card stock.  Those inside pieces are where I heat embossed the sentiments from the same stamp set.  Lastly I added clear droplets around the front of the card.
