New Releases from Spellbinders for May!

Hello and welcome!  I have cards today featuring some newly released items from Spellbinders Paper Arts.

My first card features products from 2 separate collections used in different ways.  The Spring in Kyoto Parasols BetterPress plate was foiled with Satin Pewter glimmer foil on black card stock for my background.  It really is a gorgeous plate and I love the design it creates!

The flowers are cut from white card stock and colored with alcohol markers and white gel pen.  They are from the Summer Solstace Garden Collection called Anemone Etched dies.  Here's a close up look:

Now for my 2nd card:

I used the same flowers for my second card except the background is a BetterPress plate from a car collection called Classic Roads Collection called Radiant Starburst.  I used yellow ink with the BetterPress plate for a sunburst look behind the flowers.  Here's a close up look:

The sentiment is from a different glimmer plate set foiled on black with the satin pewter foil

Now on to 3rd and final card:

This starburst was foiled in sky bright glimmer foil set on top of a BetterPress Valentine's Day plate called My Heart Beats for you.  I just covered the heart that's in the center on it with the starburst circle.  I used turquoise ink on the BetterPress plate and used an extra shim to the edges of the panel were easier to fussy cut out.

On top of the starburst I added a gold diecut circle and then a foiled sentiment from the same set as the previous card.
