Hello and welcome! I have a pretty fall wreath "Grateful" card for Thanksgiving, using several products from the new "Serenade of Autumn" October and the "Birds & Bees Garden Collection", both releasing today from Spellbinders. I've also used a new embossing folder from the "Merry and Bright" collection that also releases today.

To create this card I die cut several of each of the leaf dies from the "Autumn Foliage Etched Dies" from watercolor card stock. Next I added fall colors of Distress Inks to my glass mat directly from the ink pads and sprayed them with water and then smooshed the watercolor card into the inky mess. I did each color separately and let them dry in between each colors. Lastly I splattered them with black ink. Here's a close up of the leaves.
I attached the leaves to the edges of a white circle die cut. The background of the card was dry embossed with the brand new "Peppermint Stripes" embossing folder. I actually embossed it twice, once vertically and then I turned the card stock and embossed it horizontally. You can't really see the criss cross pattern in the picture but it is there. Sorry it was too hard to photograph.
I cut a brown piece of paper from the "Serenade of Autumn 6 X 6 printed paper" to 3.25" to 4.5" and then cut 3 more piece that size of white card to stack under the brown piece. I attached the brown panel to the striped panel and then added the wreath. Lastly I added the sentiment. It is from the "Serenade of Autumn Die Cut Shapes" pkg and it actually had leaves and other things on the outside of the gold rim. I used a circle die to cut those off so I had just the sentiment with a gold ring. I added it to the wreath center with foam tape. Lastly I added the whole thing to a white card base. Here's one last look at my card:
