Hello and welcome, I have a pretty "Happy Fall" card on this fine October day!
Here's a close up look at my card:
To create my card I used the brand newly released "Happy Fall Posh Script" word die, the "Birch Tree Forest 3D embossing folder, and the "Gypsy Oak Leaves" die set.
Supplies: https://ldli.co/e/26mjx7z
First I dry embossed a panel of Memory Box watercolor cardstock with the birch tree folder and set it aside. I took two more pieces of the watercolor paper and used Distress Inks and my water sprayer on my glass mat and smooshed the watercolor paper into the ink water mixture. I did each color separately and dried them in between each color. I started with the lightest, Mustard Seed, then Spiced Marmalade, 3 shades of green (Shabby Shutters, Mowed Lawn and Crushed Olive mixed together with the water), Brushed Corduroy, and then Aged Mahogany.
I used one colored panel to cut the base of the leaves from and the other for my card's background. I also cut some of the base of the leaves from white card stock for stacking them and giving them dimension. For the leaves outline dies and the background word die, I used the copper/orange color mirror cardstock from the "Rainbow Reflections Mirror Pad." I also cut extras of the word dies from white cardstock for more stacking and dimension.
Then all I had to do was add the embossed panel to the smooshed background, add the stacked leaves and stacked sentiment and my card was complete.
