Caffeinated Christmas Challenge Oct Mid Month Inspiration

Hello and welcome!  I have some mid month inspiration for the October Caffeinated Christmas Card Challenge sponsored by Miss Ink Stamps.  Here's this month's theme;

So for this month, you must include caffeinated item, gnome and be sure it's a Christmas card, not a winter card but an actual Christmas card!

Here's a closer look at my card:

The gnome was stamped in Versafine Clair Nocturne black ink and then colored with alcohol markers in Christmas green and red, plus a little gray.  The oval background was inked to look like snow drifts by using an ink blending tool, torn copy paper and Distress Oxide "Iced Spruce" ink  I matted that oval on a larger black one and then heat embossed the sentiment in white on black card.

Lastly I added snowflake sequins from my stash to the oval and sentiment strip.  Here's one last look:

I hope you like my card for today!  I love this sweet gnome from Miss Ink Stamps - he is just so adorable and that large coffee cup would be one I'd like to drink from!
