Happy 93rd Birthday!

Hello and welcome!  I have a fun birthday card that I made for a sweet neighbor of ours who turned 93 last Sunday!  She is the most wonderful person and full of energy and life.  If I am half that young looking and feeling by the time I get to 93, I'd be blessed!  I had so much fun making this card for her.  Here's a closer look:

All of the words and sentiments are from Photoplay Paper "Say it With Stamps, linked below.  The hearts are dies from Creative Expressions called "One-Liners."  I've linked them below too.

The background was ink blended with Distress Oxide inks and then splattered with water.  the inside of the heart was made with "Bubble Gum" Lustre Polish from Cosmic Shimmer (on white card, before die cutting.)  The foil birthday was cut from Deco Foil Rainbow Foil.  The gems are from Memory Box.
