Love You To the Bottom of the Deep Blue Sea with D2BA

Hello and welcome!  I'm up on the Dare 2B Artzy blog today featuring the "Seahorses" stamp set.  

Here's a closer look at my card:

The background for the scene was made with the new "Make Waves" hot foil plate, only I didn't hot foil it.  Instead, I ran it through my die cutting machine like and embossing folder or plate to get the nice embossed look.  After it was embossed, I added blue ink to it, then die cut it with a rectangle die from the "Slim Mini Wavy Layers" die set.

I used black ink and stamped and heat embossed the seahorse image.  All the others were stamped in colored inks.  Images were colored with Zig Clean Color Markers, then added to the rectangle panel.

I cut a piece of white card stock to 5.25" by 4" and added the rectangle to the center.  Next I added bubbles with the bubble stamp from the same stamp set and filled them in with Glossy Accents.

The card base is a top folding A2 card that I inked with the same blue in to create a matching border for my card.   The sentiment was heat embossed in white on black card.
