Just Chicken In On You with New Woodware Stamps

Hello and welcome!  I am here again today using a brand new Woodware Stamp set from Creative Expressions release.  This one is called "Fuzzie Friends, Clara the Chicken."  All of the images except the large heart are from the set.  The large heart is from the "Parker the Puppy" set I used yesterday.

Here's another look:

To make my card I took my Misti stamping platform and stamped and clear heat embossed the chicken and sentiment on a scrap piece of card stock and colored them with my Karin markers and a waterbrush.  I took an A2 card and ink blended the top part with blue and the bottom part with a darker turquoise ink.  

 

I fussy cut the chicken out after it dried and cut the sentiment into a smaller rectangle and added just a little blue ink on it.  Next I added the black dots on the bottom and the red hearts directly to the inked card front.  Lastly I added the chicken and sentiment to the card base and I was done!  

I love how it turned out!  All of these cute "Fuzzie Friends" Woodware stamps are designed by the amazing Jane Gill.  Her style is so whimsical and some of my favorite all-time designs in the Woodward line.  Here's one last look:
