Creative Expression Seas the Day New Release

Hello and welcome!

I have a card made with a brand new stamp set released by Creative Expressions yesterday!

It's called "Seas the Day" CEC986 and is a large stamp set full of sea stamps.

Supplies used:

Background and coloring:  Red, blue, yellow, gold & green pixie powders linked below added with water to watercolor card stock

Stamping Ink:  Versafine Clair ink

Seahorse:  also painted with pixie powders and then stamped a 2nd time on vellum with double sided adhesive, painted with Ultra Sparkle paste in clear and gold, fussy cut and placed on top of the rust colored sea horse

Bubbles also have Glossy Accents added to them.
