Exciting Announcement! Joining the Dare 2B Artzy Team!

Hello and welcome!  I have some exciting news to share with you today - I’m so thrilled to let you know that I have been invited to join the amazing designers on the Dare2B Artsy team!  I'm so honored to work with the super talented team and a huge thanks to Cindy, D2BA owner, for the opportunity to work with these amazing products!

Now, let's look at the slimline I created today with Dare 2B Artzy products!

Isn't that image beautiful and perfect for the slimline size card too?  

I also really love the combined fonts used in this set for the sentiments.   

Here's a list of the supplies I've used - for complete list of links scroll to the bottom.

D2BA supplies used:

Strawberry Vine Stamp and Die set

Wavy Mini Slimline Framelit Die (for yellow panel-made with partial diecutting & sentiment banner) 

Totally Black Ink

Other supplies: (all items are linked below)

Alcohol markers, colored pencils, white gel pen, Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide Ink with ink blender, Black Soot Distress Ink for splatter, clear embossing powder, Versamark ink, foam tape, and gems from my stash.

Here's how I made my card:

1)  I stamped, clear heat embossed, and colored the images and the sentiment, then cut them out with coordinating dies.   

2)  I cut the dotted rectangle panel by using the mini dotted rectangle and doing partial die cutting to make it full size.  (Die cut one side 1/2 way down the card stock,  then put the die on the non-cut side, line up the dotted stitch line pattern and partial die cut the other side.)  Once it was cut I inked it with the oxide ink, added splatters, then added it to my black card stock panel.  

3)  Next I added those panels to the slimline card base.  

4)  The image and sentiment were both popped up on foam tape.  

5)  To finish the card I added a few gems from my stash around the card.

I fell in love with this set when I saw it, maybe because I love strawberries so much!  It's such a versatile set because it has so many sentiments you can combine together and the images are super gorgeous!
