Creative Expressions Timeless Roses & Shabby Textures

Hello and welcome!  I have a second card for you today featuring the newest release from Creative Expressions designed by Sam Poole.  This card features both the new "Timeless Roses" and "Shabby Textures" stamp sets.  Here's another look at my card:

As you can see I kept the color palette very simple with blacks, grays, pinks and just a touch of turquoise (on the leaves).  The sentiment is from one of my favorite older Woodware Stamps set called "One Liners."  To get the grayish color on the grid textures, I did second generation stamping, where you ink the stamp and stamp it once on scrap paper and then the 2nd stamping of it is on the card front.

The pink paper I used is from the The Paper Boutique "Fabulous Florals Solids" paper pack and the black ink is Versafine Clair Nocturne ink.  The little bit of coloring was done with Zig Clean Color markers.
