Hello and welcome! I'm up on the Memory Box blog today with a quick and easy card using a 3D embossing folder, a pine needle die, fairy jewels, some glitter, and some heat embossing.
Here's a closer look:
Here's how I made my card:
1) I started with the Blooming Sweet Pea EF1014 3D embossing folder and embossed a piece of watercolor card stock and then ran Distress Oxide Speckled Egg ink over the top of the embossing.
2) Next I die cut the pine needles from some paper from the Fresh Aqua Collection SP1004 paper pack. I added Versamark ink on the needles and then added some sparkly glitter embossing powder to them.
3) I added them to the embossed panel and then added three groups of three Christmas Fairy Jewels JWL005 to the needles.
4) The sentiment is from Festive Christmas Greetings stamp and die set, stamped on black card stock and heat embossed in white.
5) Then I die cut it out and added it to the card.
6) I added the completed embossed panel to the top of a heavy weight card base and the card was complete!
Here's one last look:
I hope you like my card for today. It's a quick and easy card, especially if you need a few more holiday card quickly. Thanks so much for stopping by!
