Second Cup Sunday - Have a Brew-tiful Day!

Hello and welcome! I'm up on the Coffee Loving Cardmakers blog today with this fun mini slimline card made with Super Sponsor, Newton's Nook Designs brand newly released products!

I had so much fun making this card, here's another look:

For my card, I used the new Time For Coffee stamp set from Newton's Nook.

I stamped images in black and heat embossed them in clear.  After cutting them out, I colored them with Zig Clean Color markers.  The background is smooshed Distress Ink on watercolor card.  I used Walnut Stain and Speckled Egg inks and a Distress Water Sprayer.  I cut the panel down by 1/4" on the sides and then inked the edges with more Speckled Egg ink.  I used a red marker and rules to draw in the lines around the edges and colored them in.  Before drawing another line for the faux twine, I stamped the sentiment in black and heat embossed it.  Then I added the bow which is a tiny die cut from my stash, colored with the same markers.
