Hello and welcome!
I have a fun elegant celebration card for you today made with some newer dies from Creative Expressions.
I used one of the the Sue Wilson Floral Panels - Daisy dies. They come in sets of 2 and you can use them alone to cut the pattern out of a card front or you can use them with the rectangle frame die that comes with them. I used the frame die with the panel and cut one from white and one from black, then used just the frame die to cut a background panel of Tim Holtz pewter metallic card stock.
I colored the flowers and leaves on the white one with Zig Clean Color Markers.
Here's a closer look at all the shine from the metallic card stock:
The sentiments is also from Creative Expressions and it's called "Bold Words - Celebrate." It comes with the large word die plus some smaller sentiment stamps to add to the large word and 2 small banner dies to cut the smaller words out if you like. It's a very versatile set and the series has several large bold word die combos that are great to have in your stash.
I didn't use any stamping on this card, only die cutting and a little coloring so it was very quick to make.
Here's one last look:
I hope you enjoyed this card and if you are interested in any of the supplies, they are linked below at no extra cost to you. Thanks so much for stopping by!

ReplyDeleteElegant is definitely the right word to describe this creation. I love the metallic background as it sets of the rest to perfection.
