Hello and welcome!
I have a fast card for you today made by inking the debossed side of a 3D embossing folder with a brayer and Distress Oxide Salvaged Patina ink. That's all you do before running it through your machine with the 3D embossing folder. Fast and easy. Here's another look at the detail you get:
The sentiment is heat embossed in white on black card and cut into a banner, then popped up on foam tape.

ReplyDeleteGorgeous.
ReplyDeleteI love this...so beautiful and wonderful texture and design with that embossing folder.
ReplyDeleteStunning card, Angie. The 3d texture from the embossing folder is pretty amazing.
ReplyDeleteI love love it!
ReplyDeleteI've tried doing this several times with the same ink, but I can't get a good image. Any suggestions?
ReplyDeleteYes, if you put ink down on glass mat and use a rubber type brayer (I use Tim Holtz) and just go over it and over it many many times with the brayer before running in through your machine. This was the best way to get even ink distribution. Thanks for stopping by and so sorry I just now saw this question!
