Hello and welcome!

I have a slimline card made with the brand newly released "Passion Flower" designed by Jane Gill from Woodware Stamps, Creative Expressions.

Here's a close up look at the sparkle on the flowers:

The sentiment is from another new set in the series called "Poppy Sketch."

I love these flowers, they are just so pretty!

Here's how I made my card:

1) I stamped the image on Creative Expressions watercolor card stock in black ink and heat embossed it with Cosmic Shimmer fine detail clear embossing powder.

2) Next I gathered up the Distress Inks I wanted to use to color the image, watercolor brushes, and a few cups of water.

3) I watercolored the leaves with shades of blue and turquoise inks, the flowers with yellows and pinks.

4) After it dried, I added some colored pencil accents and then fussy cut it out.

5) The background is a slimline panel that was scored on a scoreboard every 1/2" then inked with Tattered Rose Distress Ink.

6) The sentiment was heat embossed on Creative Expressions Vellum in black ink and heat embossed in clear embossing powder.

7) I folded the vellum sentiment around the top panel and adhered it to the slimline card base.

8) For extra shine I added Cosmic Shimmer Ultra Sparkle Paste in "Frosty" to the flowers with a small paint brush.

9) The floral image was popped up on foam tape, and lastly I added 3D Pearl Accents on the vellum in "Frosted Aqua" and "New Gold."

This sentiment is just so sweet and really makes the card perfect for an encouraging greeting!
