I used lots of dies from Memory Box and a sentiment strip from Simon Says Stamp.

The background has been inked with a curved cut piece of card stock, a domed blender foam, and Distress Oxide Speckled Egg ink. The main die in the center was cut from the top panel, from green ink smooshed watercolor paper and black card stock and pieced together. To get this framed look, after cutting the main die from black card stock, I cut it again with a circle die that was slightly larger than the main circle to create a frame. The gems are some old ones from my stash from Stampin' Up.
