Hello and welcome! Today I have a fun card with a dry embossed background and one large word die cut.
Here's another look at my card:
I used the Sizzix "Tartan" 3D embossing folder (no longer available) on a piece of white card stock that I had ink-blended with "Worn Lipstick", "Fossilized Amber", and "Speckled Egg" Distress Inks. After I embossed it, I used a sanding block to take off some of the ink off the raised areas.
I trimmed down the panel and added a black mat, and then adhered it to the card base. The sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp cut several times and stacked.
Lastly I added some clear water droplets from The Stamp Market.
Here's one last look:
Hope you enjoyed my card for today!
Thanks for stopping by!
