Christmas Craft Creations November Challenge - Guest Designer

Hello and welcome!

I'm so honored to be guesting this month at Christmas Craft Creations Challenge!
Here's the new challenge theme:

So for my project, I chose to make a sled ornament for the Christmas tree!

Here's another look at my ornament:

I used a new die set from Memory Box called "Large Vintage Sled" and cut eight of the main die from red card stock and from kraft, I cut 2 sets of the sled slats.  After glueing them all together, I added some faux scrabble tiles to spell "JOY" on both sides.  I'm not sure who makes these tiles as I was lucky enough to pick them up at a craft retreat exchange!  I fell in love with them and was so happy to receive them!

Lastly I added thin gold twine for the hanger and two red, white, and green twine bows - on on each side.

Here's one last look at my sled ornament:

I hope you will have a chance to join the fun at Christmas Craft Creations Challenge this month!
