Hello and welcome!
I have a slimline birthday card made today with Altenew stamps and dies, a blanket slimline die from Honey Bee Stamps, and a sentiment from a Graciellie Design digital stamp set called "It's Cake Time."

The background blanket slimline die was also die cut with the Altenew Dotted Swirls background die.
The flowers (from Altenew "Beautiful Day" stamp set) were stamped in layers with Distress Inks then fussy cut and added to the card with glue and foam tape. The sentiment was cut into a banner and popped up on foam tape. Next I made a mask from tracing paper for the sentiment strip and the flower cluster so that I could splatter black paint all over the white background. Lastly I added a few gems.
