Sending Big Hugs with Altenew

Hello and welcome!

I have a "sending big hugs" card I made using inspiration from this month's Altenew Challenge and the sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch Challenge #386

   

I used stamps from "Flower Vine" and "Garden Treasure" sets fo create my card.

The sentiment is also from "Flower Vine."  I stamped one large flower and then masked it and stamped the 2nd large one.  Next I masked them both and stamped the flower vine stamp over the top.

The images were colored with both alcohol markers, colored pencils and a Marvy Uchida gold paint pen.  I decided to fussy cut it out and pop it up on foam tape, but first I made the background diagonal strip using some masking tape, "Halftone" stencil, with a blender brush and gray ink.

I added black diagonal lines with a marker and then added the heat embossed sentiment on the same angle and popped up the flower image on foam tape.  Lastly I added clear droplets on top of some gold paint dots in the flower centers and around the flower arrangement.
