Just Us Girls Word Week #547 - Travel

Hello and welcome!  There's a brand new word challenge at Just This Girls hosted by Ina.
Here's what she has chosen:

I know we are all missing traveling with the COVID19 issues out there.
Here's where I'd like to travel to:  Italy!

This slimline card was made with all of the images and one sentiment from the "Newton Dreams of Italy" stamp set.  I bought this set the minute it came out because, you guessed it - I'm 100% Italian.

 Here's a closer look at the bottom of my card:



The kitties in each circle are surrounded by wreaths made with the "Happy Little Thoughts" stamp and die set.  I stamped all the images on white card stock in black ink and heat embossed them with clear embossing powder.  They were all colored with a mix of alcohol markers and colored pencils and adhered to wreaths that are backed in ink blended circle die cuts.
The ink blending was done with Distress Inks and blender brushes.

I chose to use the colors of the Italian flag for my ink blending plus some added blue for the water at the bottom, plus a little colored pencil there too.    I heat embossed the sentiment in white on black card stock.
