Sending Happy Mail with Newton's Nook Happy Mail

Hello and welcome!

I have a fun card I made for a family member today using Newton's Nook "Happy Mail" stamp set.

I colored the images with a mix of Spectrum Noir, Copic and Altenew alcohol markers along with some Prismacolor pencils.   The sentiment is from the same set, however, I cut it apart so I could put the "sending" and "happy" on the same line.

The tree dies are also from Newton's Nook - "Forest Scene Builder."

Even though this isn't a forest scene, I wanted to add some more turquoise to the card so I chose to put a few trees out by his cute mailbox and match the grass at the bottom of the mailbox.

The rectangle dotted die is from Tutti Designs and the water droplets are from The Stamp Market.  The dotted paper comes from an older black and white paper pad I bought many years ago - it a huge pad and has tons of patterns inside.  Instead of popping the top panel up on fun foam or foam tape, I stacked several piece of card stock from left over projects to give it some dimension.
