Slimline Happy Birthday Monsters with Polka Dot Orchard



Hello and welcome!

I have 2 really fun birthday cards for you today using the brand newly released digital stamp set from Polka Dot Orchard called "Birthday Monsters."

And it's a perfect time to shop because there's a 35% off sale going on right now!

Here's a look at the new set:


Isn't that the cutest set of monsters?  I love that banner too so I strung 2 of them across the length of my slimline card.  I used a Pinkfresh Studio slimline die for my card too.

The striped paper is a older pad from The Paper Studio.



I added the teal boxes around the monster in my MacBook's "Pages" document by adding a shape and moving it to the back and the monster to the front, then chose the color I wanted from the color wheel choices in "Pages."  I colored the images with different shades of teal watercolor markers and alcohol markers.  The banner was colored with those two, plus on the white flags, I've added Wink of Stella.
