Welcome to the newest challenge over at Just Us Girls - it's a color challenge hosted by Vicki!
I really love the colors she has for us, take a look:
Turquoise Kraft & White
For my card I used lots of layers which is generally not my style at all but I had lots of fun stepping outside of my comfort zone to make this card.
All of my products are linked below.
Here's how I made my card:
I stamped and cut out the images from Pinkfresh Studio Aviary stamp and die set and colored them lightly with the new "Speckled Egg" Distress Ink. Then I inked another panel with the same ink. I used the same ink with a "Currents" stencil from A Colorful Life Designs and a blender brush and inked a piece of white card stock. I cut that with Lawn Fawn Grassy border die and then added it to the Distress Ink panel. I cut those two together, with a dotted rectangle die from Tutti Designs. I used the same die set to cut a kraft rectangle layer.
Next I layered all the pieces, some with glue, some with foam tape.
The sentiment is from Pinkfresh Studio Floral Frame stamp set stamped in black and the hearts came from the Simon Says Stamp Heart Breeze die.
Our special guest designer this month is Mugdha - check out her awesome creations!
