I used the brand new Graciellie Design digital stamp set called:

Coffee Queen

Here's a look at the set:



For my card I printed the sentiment on card stock and the image on vellum.
The circle die is from Pinkfresh Studio and the square dies are from Tutti Designs.

I colored the back of the image with alcohol markers and colored pencils, and then adhered parts of it on white cardstock.  I added gems to the flower centers and popped the sentiment and image up on foam tape.  The foam of the coffee has a little Wink of Stella for shine.
