Hello and welcome! Today starts a brand new challenge over at Just Us Girls and its a Word Challenge. Our host this week is Ina and she has chosen; Feathers.
We have the amazing Cornelia Wenokor for our guest this month, be sure to check out her card and all the design team creations to inspire you on the new challenge!
For my card I used a retired feather die from Little B and cut several layers from different color card stocks and a watercolored piece that I had watercolored with Distress Inks. I stacked them all on top of each other for dimension. I used the same color inks on the background using both the "smooshing" and "splatter" techniques.
The sentiment from Graciellie Design's Change is Coming digital stamp set, was matted on a die from The Greetery. I added a few Nuvo Jewel drops to finish my card.
This message is so appropriate for the confusion in the world today with the coronavirus pandemic.

ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely softly coloured card Angie. Nice depth on your feather. Wish I could get that coaster die but is WAY TOO expensive to post so I can just swoon whenever I see someone use it. Wonderful sentiment!
