Turner Syndrome Awareness Blog Hop - Choose to Bloom with Joy Clair Stamps

Hello and welcome!
Today starts the Turner Syndrome Awareness Blog Hop and I am very honored to participate along with some of my teammates from the Joy Clair design team.

Joy Clair Stamps is one of the sponsors of this hop and is offering a prize as well as many other wonderfully generous companies in the crafty world.  If you don't know about this syndrome, please check out the link above and you can also find more informations HERE.  This hop was created by Lori Kobular and her dear friend Donna Ellis.

Donna and Lori have become united in a desire to bring an awareness about TS, and vital information to others, by creating and organizing this annual blog hop with many of our creatively supportive friends.

This hop will be from Feb. 1st to Feb. 7th and I hope you can participate.  Besides bring much needed awareness to Turner Syndrome several companies have generously donated prized that are up for grabs.
Here's the inspiration the designers used for the hop.

Here's another look at the card I created for the hop:

I used one of my favorite Joy Clair sets ever called "Friends & Flowers."   I just love that truck and all the sentiments are useful for so many different occasions.  And some of the sentiments fit perfectly on the truck license plate and tailgate too.

I have linked my supplies below if you are interested in them.
(Click on the blue links below the item's picture to be taken directly to the product.)

Here's a closer look at my card:

Wonder why the butterfly is the symbol that has come to represent Turner Syndrome Girls  Just like a butterfly, they are considered fragile and beautiful miracles.  Because it represents femininity, strength, and uniqueness, the butterfly was designated by TSSUS to become the Turner Syndrome symbol.

"Butterflies fly on their own which is our hope for our girls."

I have used some affiliate links in my post, what does this mean? If you click on some the blue links, not the photos, below and shop from them, I will receive a small commission from the sale which is no additional cost to you but compensates me for using the product and my time. Thanks so much!
